I am facing some major issues related to Mother Board and Display from last 15 days.I contacted to dell technical support, but technical support was unable to resolve my problem.
I am going to list issues in detail. While working laptop goes power off without any notification. Dell supported team identifed motherboard change issue. I requested to dell support team for system replacement, because few more issue in the laptop. Dell tech support team deny to replace the faulty product.
I faced very worst experiance with dell product and services first time with a gaming laptop worth at 90000.
I contaced Director Technical Support team on IN_Services_Director@dell.com. But Dell India Director Angad Veer Kala deny to replace the faulty product which is sold by Dell through Flipkart Seller.
They said they will change the motherboard otherwise no option.
Any help can be possible way of contact Dell Top level Management Internationally?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
